Google’s Ad Liaison, Ginny Marvin, confirmed on Twitter last week that there are no plans to add supporting ad customizers using location as a text insertion signal for responsive search ads, not now or in the near future.
Ginny Marvin wrote that “Using location as a text insertion signal (other than supported location customizers such as country, state, or city) is a known use case that is not currently supported by RSA’s ad customizers.” “We have no plans to build a solution for this use case in the near future,” added Ginny Marvin.
The question came from Brad Geddes and here are those tweets:
Hi Brad, Using location as a text insertion signal (other than supported location customizers such as country, state, or city) is a known use case that is not currently supported by RSA’s ad customizers. We have no plans to build a solution for this use case in the near future
