Microsoft announced its monthly updates to the Microsoft Advertising platform. This includes the introduction of car ads, new ad formats, more bidding options, vertical ads and much more.

Car ads are being introduced
Tested by Microsoft Advertising car ads since last year and now he says that they are introducing it for everyone. Microsoft said it’s currently “piloting vertical ads in areas like travel and financial services, and today we’re excited to share that we’ll be making automotive ads generally available to all advertisers worldwide in the coming weeks!”
Vertical ads
Microsoft explained how vertical ads work, saying they are “different for each category or industry. They focus on the information a particular consumer is looking for and deliver it in an attractive, easy-to-read format, pre-click and with images.”
Vertical ad content comes from dynamic data sources. They use search intent data and a deep understanding of user needs to connect customers with richer ad experiences that cut through the clutter. Microsoft’s artificial intelligence (AI) uses these resources to derive all the attributes displayed in the ads using the advertisers’ existing digital catalogs. It also reduces the time and resources required to set up and manage campaigns on our network.
