Monk GooglePlex meditation

Here is a photo of Phra Sanitwong Charoenrattawong, I think he’s a monk Instagrammeditating outside of Google’s office, GooglePlex.

It also does this at other popular locations on its Instagram source.

I wonder how relaxing this is and if it makes any sense. I don’t know anything about meditation – so I apologize in advance.
