Google tests the whole “advertising” tag inside the nearby package and the promotional advert label

we’ve seen Google take a look at special tags for its Google ads, which includes “commercials”, “backed” and, of route, “advertising”. But now we see the whole written label “advertising” additionally in nearby package commercials. And we see ‘promoted’ in advertisements on the search community.
