Frank Sandtmann, a German search engine optimization consultant, jogged my memory of this and after long trials and mistakes i was able to repeat this and affirm that it is not a browser extension or plug-in.

There are no real information on how this works, but there may be a disclaimer that says, “This experience requires additional 0.33-celebration cookies.”

maybe Microsoft introduced this a while ago and i left out it, or did I capture and neglect approximately it?
