Carousel of Google product effects with highlights

For a while, Google Shopping results showed the best product highlights, but now it seems that Google is testing showing the number of available product highlights in the Google Search product results carousel.

Shameem Adhikarath has posted many examples of this on Twitterthis shows the number of specific product highlights called “top highlights” for that specific product list:

Personally, I can’t replicate the product carousel showing the number of highlights.
